• Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions.
• Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay.
• Actively listen to and resolve complaints.
• At least 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Customer service drive with good communication and active listening skills.
• Speak English fluently.
• Hardworking, self-motivated and a smart thinker.
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
